Our beagle and lab both looked very content during their 11-day stay-cation at D'Lux Dog Care. I really appreciated having access to the Wyze camera app to view the pups 24/7. We love the crate-free concept giving the pups freedom to roam the play areas and interact with both their furry friends and human friends. The facility and guest suites are clean and well-kept and the folks that maintain the place take great care of their furry guests. Each staff member was very helpful, friendly and responsive. They texted pics of our pups almost every morning and are quick to reply to inquiries and concerns via text and phone. Their boarding prices are comparable to other facilities but their all-inclusive service and high level of personal attention to their guests and pet owners are unmatched. We already reserved a suite for our next trip. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been taking 2 of my dogs (Russell and Chloe) here for about a year now and I have nothing but positive experiences with them. My favorite part is that we have access to the cameras they have in case we want to check what our babies are doing throughout the day. That really puts a pet owner's mind at ease. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and I know my dogs are in good hands. You can tell they are genuine animal lovers just like myself. My dog's usually go for day care but I have boarded them over the weekend once and everything went very well. They even offer pet grooming while your pets are in their care.

My Lola girl loves to be at daycare with all her friends. I find comfort in leaving her here under their care. Nothing but a great experience! Tania also groomed my baby and she has a forever customer!

They treated my Jae with so much love. I was nervous to leave my girl over night but they kept me informed about how she was doing with pictures and messages. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a home from home stay!

I boarded my 2 dogs here one who has anxiety and the other one who always needs attention and when I got them back they were very happy and looked like they actually had a great time. They also gave me access to cameras so I could also look at my dogs while they were there and constantly updated me with real time photos everyday. The staff is great super friendly and I feel comfortable and safe knowing my dogs are boarding here at D'Lux Dog Care. I looked all over El Paso and this one is by far the best and I've only heard great things from them. Will definitely be bringing my dogs more often and want to check out their doggy daycare as well and the bakery for my dogs birthdays. Thank you D'Lux for caring for my animals as if they were your own!!!!

1st time here. They did exactly what I wanted. They used the special shampoo I took for my dog. My pup was happy when he got home.

We've been taking our very energetic puppy to D'Lux to make friends, play with others, and socialize. She looks forward to going every week comes home exhausted! The staff are excellent and clearly love the pups they care for.

Tania was so welcoming, friendly, professional and did such a great job grooming Paco. I usually am very nervous about taking my dog somewhere new but I'm glad we found Tania and D'Lux dog care(: the entire staff was great and so helpful with whatever questions we had.

This is the best place for doggy daycare that I have found!! Their treats and cakes are also the best, especially if your doggy has food allergies or a sensitive stomach. I 100% recommend that you give them a try!

Khloe's first doggie daycare experience was here on her second birthday and I couldn't be happier. Maribel was awesome and sent me updates and videos on how she was doing. Khloe was a little scared of the big dogs so Maribel separated her from them so she was comfortable and not anxious. I highly recommend them for your doggie daycare needs.

My Hailey Mae has always been given the best care here! Not once have I had a problem like I have had before at other places throughout town. Hailey will be coming here from now on!

D'lux dog daycare is a godsend! Maribel is such a kind and compassionate person and takes the best care of my dog, which is a big task considering how high maintenance he is. Whenever I drop my dog off, he is overly ecstatic, but by the time I pick him up, he's exhausted! I have recommended several people to utilize d'lux, and I will continue to do so.

My husband and I moved to Miami permanently and were in the need of a groomer. Our baby has a condition called patellar Luxation which causes her knees to pop out occasionally, somewhat common in small breeds. We explained Tessy's problem to Arnie and to our delight he was familiar with this condition. He said, " gentle hands and special care." And he delivered. Plus our girl had one of her best groomings. My husband and I are delighted to report, we found a groomer who not only knows his stuff but more importantly is clearly a dog lover. Very happy!

Beau absolutely loves being at D'Lux Dog Care, he's made best friends with the other doggos and gets so excited everytime he learns he's going to daycare. It also helps he gets all his energy out and sleeps all day when he gets home. The woman who takes care of the dogs is the best super sweet and knowledgeable!

D'Lux Dog Care is affordable, amazing care for your pup! My fur baby used to get so anxious in kennels at other daycares and the fact that D'Lux is cage-free is a perfect fit for him! All the pups are loved so much and he's always happy to go visit all his friends.

Such an amazing company! Maribel and Destiny were so amazing with my two basset hounds. I'm a traveling nurse, and was staying in a hotel with my pups. They helped me and my pups so much, by taking them out, playing with them, loving them, and sending me pictures every day!! I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!!
